These Terms of Service govern your use of Ghar On The Go's website at https://gharonthego.com and all services provided by Ghar On The Go, including short-term rental stays and property management co-hosting arrangements. Please read them carefully.
By making a booking, submitting an enquiry, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Ghar On The Go is a short-term rental management company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We operate as an Airbnb Superhost and provide co-hosting and property management services to property owners across Islamabad, Murree, and Lahore.

2. Bookings and Reservations
Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via Airbnb, through our website enquiry form, or directly via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us or a booking confirmation from Airbnb. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
Identity Verification
All guests are required by Pakistani law to provide valid identity documentation before or at check-in:
- Pakistani nationals — a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). You must provide your CNIC number and a clear photograph or copy of the card.
- Foreign nationals — a valid passport. You must provide your passport number and a clear photograph or copy of the relevant identification page.
Failure to provide valid identity documentation will result in denial of check-in with no refund. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances — it is a legal obligation we are required to comply with.
Minimum Stay
Our properties are available for stays of three nights or more. Requests for shorter stays may be accommodated at our discretion. Monthly stays are available at a negotiated rate — contact us directly.
3. Payments
Payment Methods
Payments for bookings made via Airbnb are processed through Airbnb's platform and governed by Airbnb's payment terms. For direct bookings, payment is accepted via bank transfer. We do not store credit or debit card details.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for direct bookings. The amount will be specified at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit is returned within 5 business days of checkout, provided the property is returned in the same condition as at check-in, with no damage beyond normal wear and use.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on our website are indicative. Confirmed pricing is provided at the time of booking. Prices may vary by season, duration, and availability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Airbnb Bookings
Cancellation terms for bookings made via Airbnb are governed by the cancellation policy selected at the time of listing. Please refer to your Airbnb booking confirmation for the applicable policy.
Direct Bookings
For bookings made directly with us, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 7 days before check-in — full refund minus any bank transfer fees
- 3–7 days before check-in — 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before check-in — no refund
In the event of a cancellation initiated by us (due to property unavailability or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund. We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodation.
5. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Treat the property with care and respect, leaving it in the condition you found it
- Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking confirmation
- Not use the property for any unlawful purpose
- Not host parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission
- Observe check-in and check-out times as stated in your booking confirmation
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Not smoke inside the property (smoking is not permitted in any of our properties)
- Comply with building rules and not disturb neighbouring residents
Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and use. The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit and, if the cost exceeds the deposit, invoiced separately.
6. Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
- Providing the property in a clean, well-maintained condition as described
- Responding to guest communications promptly during business hours
- Addressing maintenance issues that arise during your stay within a reasonable timeframe
- Handling your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We are not responsible for matters outside our control including but not limited to utility outages, internet service interruptions caused by the provider, or natural events.
7. Property Management Terms
If you are a property owner engaging Ghar On The Go to manage your property, the following additional terms apply. A separate management agreement will be provided detailing specific terms for your property.
- Revenue sharing — our fee is deducted from rental income as a percentage agreed in your management agreement. No upfront management fees are charged.
- Listing ownership — the Airbnb listing for your property is created and owned by Ghar On The Go on our Airbnb account. You (the property owner) will be added as a co-host to the listing, giving you direct visibility of bookings, calendar, and earnings via the Airbnb app. You retain full ownership of the physical property at all times.
- Reporting — we provide monthly income statements detailing bookings, gross revenue, deductions, and net transfers.
- Termination — either party may terminate the management partnership with 30 days' written notice, provided there are no active confirmed bookings within that window. Upon termination, the listing will be delisted from our Airbnb account.
- Owner use — property owners may block dates for personal use by giving us at least 7 days' notice, subject to no confirmed guest bookings in those dates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ghar On The Go. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghar On The Go's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of enjoyment, loss of business, or personal injury, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
